Homemade dish soap

If you’re like me then you hate chemically based cleaning products. Well why not make your own cleaning products? It’s easy and will save you money in the long run. Here is a recipe for homemade dish soap.

1 cup liquid Castile soap (I use doc bronner’s)

1/3 cup of distilled or purified water

1 teaspoon vegetable glycerin

5 drops lemon essential oil

5-10 each of citrus fresh and purification

1/2 teaspoon fine salt

optional: 1/2 a capful of thieves all purpose cleaner (I use this because it helps to give a better clean and to disinfect)

I find that heating the water and melting the salt first works better. Then once water cools you can add the rest of the ingriendants. Gently shake to mix and you’re done.
