Do you ever just want to sit back and relax while detoxing those pesky chemicals out of your system. Eating healthy is key but so is a nice relaxing bath. What? You didn’t know a bath could help detox the body? Well now is the time to relax and test out that theory.
1/4 cup sea salt or Himalayan salt. (I prefer Himalayan)
1/4 cup Epsom salt
1/4 cup baking soda
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
10 drops ginger essential oil
10 drops lavender essential oil
10 drops peace and calming essential oil
mix essential oils in Epsom salt and mix until salt absorbs the oil. Then add all ingredients to bath water. Relax until water cools.
