If you love pasta but hate what’s in store bought brands then why not make your own! I was really worried that it was going to be difficult but it really wasn’t. My parents bought me an old style pasta maker. It hooks to the counter and then it has a hand crank. The kids love to feed the dough through the machine and make ravioli, lasagna, and spaghetti noodles. They have even done cut out shapes lol. Well here is a recipe that works well.
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons water
1 drop basil essential oil
1 drop oregano essential oil
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend until a ball forms. Wrap dough in plastic and let rest for an hour. Once an hour has passed, make your pasta.
When ready to use, add pasta to boiling water and cook about 90 seconds.
