Green smoothies with a yummy twist!

This is one of my favorite drinks! But not sure mine would be on the weight management list….well maybe it would! I love adding honey crisp apples, 3 drops orange essential oil, 3 drops lemon essential oil, along with a few drops of lavender. Yeah I know it sounds weird but it tastes awesome! Plus it keeps you going strong all day long because of all the greens! You can also add organic greens powder to really kick up the vitamins! Want to know more about how oils can work for you?
