Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis)

The botanical name is Lamiaceae or labiatae (mint). Hyssop’s plant origin is France and Hungary. It is steam distilled from stems and leaves. It has been used medicinally for centuries for its anti-infectious, antiseptic, and disinfecting properties. It has been use to help with wounds, arthritis, asthma, tension, coughs, cuts, parasites, fatigue, bruises, sore throats, and viral infections. It also helps to simulate creativity and meditation.
